MY FATHER'S HONEY

Hi my name is Jason Shepherd. Let me give you a back story of how I came up with my father's honey. Last year (2025) I lost my father to cancer. My dad was doing bee's for over 45 years. When I was little I would be out there helping him do Uncapping of the bee frames and putting the frames in the Extractor to get the honey off the frames. I would also go with them to look at the bee hives. I chose to start my own business this year (2026) to pick up where my dad left off after he got too sick to do it anymore. He taught me everything I know to be a good bee keeper from building frames, hive box to getting honey out of the frames. He even taught me the difference between a Queen bee and a worker bee. I wanted to keep my dad's legacy going so I chose to name my business, My Father's Honey in remembrance to my late father.

Honeycomb offers honey in one of its most natural forms - sealed inside edible wax cells built by the bees. Enjoy it by the spoonful, spread it on warm toast, add it to a cheese board, or pair it with fruit and yogurt.
Honeycomb availability is limited and depends on seasonal hive production.

We believe that the best honey is exactly what nature intended. Sourced directly from our own apiaries, our honey is carefully handled and minimally processed to preserve its natural character. This ensures every jar captures the true essence of the blossoms our bees forage, delivering a complex, layered sweetness that tastes distinct and vibrant.
From the comb to the jar, our process is defined by patience and deep respect for the hive. We extract our honey at natural hive temperatures, ensuring that all the beneficial enzymes, raw nutrients, and natural goodness remain perfectly intact. It’s a slow, handcrafted approach that honors the long-standing legacy of traditional beekeeping.

A delicate partnership between our bees and the blooming wildflowers, resulting in raw, unfiltered perfection that tastes like the season itself.
Our bees roam freely across sun-drenched meadows, gathering nectar from seasonal wildflowers. This diverse botanical diet creates a truly local, deeply complex flavor profile that changes with every bloom.
Within the warmth and darkness of the hive, the nectar is naturally transformed. We leave the bees to their ancient craft, never rushing the process, ensuring the honey fully matures in the comb.
We extract the honey by hand, cold-spinning the frames to preserve every natural enzyme, pollen grain, and drop of pure goodness. It goes straight from the comb to your jar.
The most authentic, raw honey I've tasted since childhood. It has this incredible depth of flavor that store-bought simply cannot replicate. A staple in our kitchen.

I've tried artisan honeys from all over, but My Father's Honey is exceptional. The golden amber hue and the rich, complex floral notes are completely unparalleled.

You can taste the care and heritage in every single drop. We use it for baking, teas, and straight off the spoon. Truly a premium, handcrafted treasure.

Pour a little liquid gold into your daily routine. Crafted with generations of care and sustainably harvested for a taste that's purely authentic.
